Whilst the Public Advocate may be appointed guardian of last resort there many other South Australians, who may be appointed as guardian for a family member, carer or friend. So for the past year, this office has been working on a project to develop resources to better support new and exsisitng private guardians in the their important and difficult role.

Administrative Tribunal (SACAT).
