The Office of the Public Advocate (OPA) would like to hear from people under Guardianship and their supporters about 2 forms used in relation to supported decision-making and how OPA can best seek feedback about its work.

The OPA has asked Purple Orange to facilitate these sessions.

Participants will receive an honorarium (gift card or similar) to acknowledge your time, skills and expertise. Purple Orange can also provide support with transport costs to and from meetings.
