Advance Care Directives Act
At the SA Health Awards on the 15th November 2013 finalist: Kathy Williams, Alicia Wrench-Doody and Helen van Eyk
SA is the first state to have passed modern advance care directives legislation consistent with the National Framework for Advance Care Directives. Achieving this milestone depended on comprehensive community and professional consultation and policy development processes so that the legislation creates a simplified person-centred framework, meets the needs of the public, and works for health, community and aged care sectors. Our very own staff member Michelle assisted putting this short video together.
